1. Wine Requirement: 3 bottles of each wine entered. Up to 4 wines for a full booth or 2 wines for a half booth. 
2. Deadline to Submit: Friday, January 26, 2024

Trade Tasting & Grand Tastings, Friday, March 8, 2024 and Saturday, March 9, 2024

1. Wine Requirement: 1 case, each wine poured. Up to 8 wines for a full booth or 4 wines for a half booth.

Winery Dinners, Thursday, March 7, 2024

1. Wine Requirement: 6-12 bottles of each wine poured based on guest count ranging from 24-40. Start with a reception wine, then pair with 4 savory courses and an optional dessert wine.

Charity Auction & Luncheon, Saturday, March 9, 2024

1. Wine Requirement: 2 bottles, each wine poured. You will host a table of 10 guests.

Booth Information
All booths will be in Exhibit Hall A of the Duke Energy Convention Center. Each 10′ x 10′ booth includes:
  1. (1) 8x30x40 skirted table
  2. (1) 7×44″ Exhibitor Sign
  3. (1) 8′ high x10′ wide back draped wall
  4. (1) Anti-Fatigue Mat Bar towels, dump buckets, flow restrictors, ice bins will be provided as needed.

FULL Space:
  1. Exclusive 10×10 booth
  2. No. of Wine Entries: (up to) 8
  3. Wine Requirement: 1 case of each wine poured
  4. Competition Rules: Up to 4 of your 8 wines may be entered into the competition

HALF Space:
  1. Shared 10×10 booth
  2. No. of Wine Entries: (up to) 4 Wine
  3. Requirement: 1 case of each wine poured
  4. Competition Rules: Up to 2 of your 4 wines may be entered into the competition

Wine Pourers
CIWF requires that your booth be staffed during all four tasting sessions:
  1. Trade 3/8 1-4
  2. Grand 3/8 7-9:30
  3. Grand 3/9 2:30-4:30
  4. Grand 3/9 6:30-9
Each pourer will receive a Riedel wine glass at the beginning of each tasting.




Wine Information
With a Full Booth, you may enter up to 8 wines. Only 4 may be competition wines. A Half Booth may enter up to 4 wines. Only 2 may be competition wines.

Wine Details

Please leave your leftover wine behind!

Any remaining wine is used in our wine auction the following year. AND you don’t’ have to haul it back with you. Would you be so kind as to leave your wine behind?
Insurance
Our insurance company requires us to collect proof of General Liability Insurance from all booths. By registering, you agree that your company has insurance coverage in effect and you agree to provide a COI. If you need to upload a placeholder, please send to exdir@winefestival.com once your new certificate is available.
